Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to NauTutor. We are committed to providing quality coaching, mentorship, and educational services. Before enrolling in any of our courses or programs, please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.
1. General Policy
All course registrations made through NauTutor are subject to the terms mentioned below. By enrolling in any online or offline program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Admission & Seat Reservation Fee
The admission fee or seat reservation fee paid to confirm enrollment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a seat is confirmed, it is blocked exclusively for the student, preventing another applicant from securing that seat.
3. Course Fee Refund
All course fees paid to NauTutor are non-refundable once admission is confirmed.
Refund requests will not be entertained in situations including, but not limited to:
- Change of personal plans.
- Change of career interests.
- Failure to attend classes.
- Dissatisfaction after classes have commenced.
- Failure to qualify in IMU-CET, sponsorship examinations, interviews, or medical examinations.
- Transfer to another institute.
- Financial difficulties.
- Relocation or travel-related issues.
4. Cancellation by Student
Students may choose to discontinue the course at any time. However:
- No refund of any fees already paid will be provided.
- Any pending installment (if applicable under the agreed payment plan) shall remain payable as per the enrollment agreement.
5. Batch Transfers
Requests for transferring to another batch will be considered solely at the discretion of NauTutor and are subject to seat availability.
Approval of a batch transfer is not guaranteed.
6. Course Access
For online programs:
- Access to live classes, recordings, study materials, mock tests, mobile applications, and other digital resources may be suspended or revoked upon completion of the course period or in case of violation of institute policies.
- Digital resources already accessed cannot be returned; therefore, refunds will not be issued.
7. Cancellation by NauTutor
NauTutor reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any batch or course due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollments, faculty availability, force majeure events, or any operational requirements.
In such cases, NauTutor may, at its sole discretion:
- Shift the student to another available batch;
- Provide an equivalent online or offline alternative; or
- Issue a refund only if NauTutor is unable to provide a reasonable alternative.
8. Scholarships & Promotional Offers
Scholarships, discounts, promotional offers, early bird pricing, and special concessions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or adjusted after admission.
9. Payment Gateway Charges
Any payment gateway charges, bank charges, transaction fees, GST, or applicable taxes are non-refundable wherever applicable.
10. Exceptional Circumstances
Any request for refund due to exceptional circumstances shall be reviewed solely by the management of NauTutor. The decision of the management shall be final and binding.
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
